Grant started her professional performing career in 1978. "I remember that a lot of people were there," says Grant, "and I was shocked that that many people would come. I thought 'Oh gosh, those people paid seven dollars and I hardly did anything.'" But she did do something. Since that day, Amy Grant has become an inspiration, a musical pioneer, and a household name.
Included in the "Time Again-Live" album are songs that range from pop to Christian in genre. Available on the Web site is a complete list of tracks and sampling of the songs. Fans may also pre-order the CD through the Web site. A CD/DVD package is available as well, allowing audiences to hear, and watch, this live performance.
"I feel like this project is neatly marked by a long-standing relationship between a singer/songwriter and the audience, and I think you feel that when you watch it," says Amy. "It's less about presentation and more about shared experience."
