NEW YORK (Rolling Stone Magazine PR) - Rolling Stone is pleased to announce Year in Rock 2007. The legendary music magazine pairs thirteen artists with Chevy's "hot rides" to create a year-long visual celebration of music and pop culture. Photographing the musicians with the cars was natural because more than six hundred songs have been written about Chevrolets.

This years calendar features a mix of established and emerging artists, the list includes - Alien Ant Farm, Chris Brown, Cassie, Teddy Geiger, Kelis, Omarion, Montgomery Gentry, Anna Nalick, Daniel Powter, Shareefa, Robin Thicke and Trent Tomlinson.

In honor of Rolling Stone's 40th anniversary, the pictures were shot at historic music landmarks such as the Lenox Lounge in Harlem with Chris Brown, Anna Nalick at the Pantages Theater in Los Angeles, and Teddy Geiger at the Bluebird Cafe in Nashville. Photographed by leading music and fashion photographers such as F. Scott Schafer, Clay Patrick McBride, Chapman Bachler, Kwaku Alston, Dave Hill and Laura Crosta, the calendar will reach over 12 million music lovers.

Rolling Stone Wheels '06 issue will be available exclusively on the pages of Rolling Stone, on sale 10/20/06. The calendar includes a 10" x 12" photo of each artist or band along with surrounding vignettes, copy points of special dates, accomplishments, upcoming tours, and new releases.
