Sydney, AU. (EMI MUSIC Australia) - Following the release of their platinum-selling 'Shine On' album, Jet have been performing - between bouts of illness - in the US, UK and Europe…and from November 17 to 24 it's Australia's turn as a fit and healthy Jet return home for a promo tour.

The Melbourne lads will be back in Australia for a further week of promotion in support of their next single 'Rip it Up' which goes to radio this week and is being released commercially on November 18.

Details of how they will spend their time home in Australia are yet to be revealed, but the band will visit both Sydney and Melbourne.

'Shine On' was released in Australia on September 30 and it debuted at No 3 on the Motorola ARIA chart.

Jet were last in Australia in August where they performed sold out shows in Sydney and Melbourne after they launched the MySpace Secret Shows.
