Sydney, AU. (SONY BMG MUSIC Entertainment) -- Released on November 25, some of the biggest names in Oz music have joined forces on the upcoming new album 'Home: Songs Of Hope & Journey' to raise funds and bring attention to the plight of Beyond Blue, the national initiative against depression. Featuring tracks by Anthony Callea, Human Nature, Guy Sebastian and Amy Pearson, David Campbell, Young Divas, The Inches, Alex Lloyd, Kate Miller-Heidke and more, check out the video for lead single, 'Don't Give Up', by Shannon Noll and Natalie Bassingthwaighte here. Here's one album that's going to raise awareness for a truly worthwhile cause... Some of Australia's biggest music stars have banded together for the upcoming compilation 'Home: Songs Of Hope & Journey' to raise funds and bring attention to the plight of Beyond Blue - the national initiative raising community awareness about depression and reducing stigma associated it.

Inspired by the often tough journeys so many people face living in a country as large, and at times, isolating as Australia, artists like Anthony Callea, Human Nature, Guy Sebastian and Amy Pearson, David Campbell, Young Divas, The Inches, Alex Lloyd and Kate Miller-Heidke have recorded a selection of well-known tracks, that at the heart, aim to instil hope and encourage a sense of community in the face of the tyranny of distance.

The album will also feature the lead single, 'Don't Give Up', the gorgeous Peter Gabriel and Kate Bush classic, performed by Shannon Noll and Natalie Bassingthwaighte. The duo recorded the track last month in Sydney (Natalie says Rogue Traders drummer Cam McGinty came up with the idea for them to do the track) and made a video for the song several weeks ago in the SONY BMG Music studios, which you can check out right here:

Part of the proceeds of this album will go to Beyond Blue, so get out there and support this great cause when 'Home: Songs Of Hope & Journey' hits stores on November 25.
