Music Awards with five nominations, including concept, laugh out loud, director, male, and video of the year.

Chris Cagle announced the nominees in 12 fan-voted categories Tuesday (May 14) morning during a press conference in Nashville.
The awards show will air live from the Gaylord Entertainment Center in Nashville on June 12 at 9 p.m. ET. Fans may continue voting for their favorite artist in each category via cmt.com until June 9. The complete list of nominees is as follows:
