NASHVILLE, Tenn. (CMT Flameworthy Video Music Awards/Top40 Charts) - Toby Keith's videos garnered the most nods for the first-ever CMT Flameworthy Video Music Awards with five nominations, including concept, laugh out loud, director, male, and video of the year. Chely Wright and Chris Cagle announced the nominees in 12 fan-voted categories Tuesday (May 14) morning during a press conference in Nashville.

The awards show will air live from the Gaylord Entertainment Center in Nashville on June 12 at 9 p.m. ET. Fans may continue voting for their favorite artist in each category via cmt.com until June 9. The complete list of nominees is as follows:
