NEW YORK (Machine Official Website) - The Machine, America's premier live Pink Floyd tribute, has announced the addition of keyboardist Scott Chasolen to their line-up which also includes Joe Pascarell, Todd Cohen, and Ryan Ball.

Chasolen, best known for his work in the popular New York jam rock quartet Ulu, brings to the The Machine some of Ulu's popularity from years of national press and high-exposure touring with acts like John Scofield, Dirty Dozen Brass Band, Derek Trucks, Karl Denson's Tiny Universe, moe., Soulive, Oteil Burbridge of the Allman Brothers and the Jazz Mandolin Project. Ulu was invited to perform at the 2002 South By Southwest music conference in Austin, TX as one of the few improvisational bands to showcase at the famed event. The band was also the only instrumental act to appear at Woodstock '99.

Chasolen's talent and dedication to music help The Machine continue to extend Pink Floyd's legacy through a multi-dimensional approach, faithfully recreating its timeless music while also reinventing it with interpretive jams. The band has forged a reputation for excellence and an intimate connection with their growing audience.

The New York-based band will launch their fourth European tour in mid-December of 2006 including stops at theatres in Germany, Belgium and The Netherlands. As always these Machine concerts include state of the art lighting, multi-media effects, and impeccable sound resulting in strikingly faithful interpretations and performances that have been perfected over time and have exposed the group to an ever expanding international fan base. New this year in Europe is a set designed around Pink Floyd's most famous recording The Wall.
