Alan Jackson Unveils La Borgata

Panama City Beach, FL (Ronnie Gilley Properties) - An Elite Real Estate Project in Panama City Beach, FL Panama City Beach, FL-Country music icon, Alan Jackson, visited the community of Panama City Beach, Florida last Thursday, November 30 to celebrate and introduce one of its newest area communities-La Borgata. La Borgata is an exquisite community development project that will be constructed by Ronnie Gilley Properties, LLC (RGP) of Enterprise, Alabama.

Jackson, who is the official celebrity endorser for the project, was joined by President & CEO, Ronnie Gilley, Mayor Gail Oberst, Debi Knight of the Beach Chamber of Commerce [who was acting Master of Ceremonies], the Ronnie Gilley Properties staff, a number of city officials and affiliated real estate agents, as well as fans and neighbors who looked on as the group of dignitaries officially unveiled the site plans for the luxury residential, family-oriented development.

As part of the festivities, Alan offered welcoming gift items to the attendees [in a public prize drawing] including an autographed guitar and a jean shirt and CD's to the project VIP's.

La Borgata is located between Destin and Panama City-walking distance from the sugar-white sandy beaches of the Emerald Coast-situated on a 14.5-acre site just south of Highway 98 in Panama City Beach on the Florida Panhandle. The blueprint for the site features 189 spacious, luxury town homes and condominiums [45 4-bedroom/4.5 bath luxury town homes and 96 luxury 3-bedroom/3 bath condominiums]; a limited number of two-bedroom condominiums and studio units located above the retail shops will also be available.

Jackson and his family will own a three-bedroom condominium. Construction on his personal home-away-from-home is scheduled to begin Summer 2007 with an early 2008 completion date anticipated. La Borgata will be completed in its entirety by Fall 2008.
