COPENHAGEN, Denmark (AP) - Nicole Kidman will star in Lars von Trier's next movie, the Danish director's production company said Thursday, three days after it announced it had called off negotiations with the Australian actress. Kidman will play the female role in von Trier's next film project, "Dogville," with Swedish actor Stellan Skarsgaard. The plot of the English-language movie, which will be set in a small American mountain village in the 1930s and filmed in Sweden next year, has not been revealed. Last year, von Trier won the Palme d'Or at the Cannes Film Festival for "Dancer in the Dark," which starred Icelandic pop singer Bjork and French icon Catherine Deneuve.
