Hypnogaja Wins Album of the Year and Best Male Vocalist Awards

Hollywood, CA (Union State Records) - Hollywood, CA based rockers Hypnogaja recently won two awards at the 4th Annual ALL ACCESS Magazine Music Awards, held at the Knitting Factory in Los Angeles in November. The band's Acoustic Sunset - Live at the Longhouse album, produced by the legendary Wendy Waldman, received an Album of the Year nod and lead singer, ShyBoy (Jason Arnold), received the award for Best Male Vocalist (Alternative Rock category).

Hypnogaja recently signed with the Texas based Mustang Agency (Allele, Bobaflex) for booking representation. The band will embark on its U.S. Tour starting in the Spring of 2007.

Hypnogaja is a Los Angeles based quintet that has toured the U.S. extensively, sharing stages with the bands like 311, Shinedown and Cold, among others. The group's music has been featured in numerous hit films and TV shows, including NBC's Las Vegas, CW's America's Next Top Model and Touchstone's COLD CREEK MANOR. The band's song "They Don't Care" was featured on MTV's Overdrive/Video on Demand network earlier this year.
