SPARTANBURG, S.C. (AP) - "Four Weddings and a Funeral" star Andie MacDowell is getting married to a childhood friend. MacDowell, 43, accepted an engagement ring last week from Rhett Hartzog, 43, an Atlanta jewelry businessman. Marion McBride, father of the bride-to-be, said his daughter plans to marry in November in Asheville, N.C., where MacDowell lives. It will be her second marriage. MacDowell, whose real name is Rosie, also starred in "Groundhog Day" and "Sex, Lies and Videotape." MacDowell is promoting her new HBO movie, "Dinner With Friends," which also stars Dennis Quaid and Greg Kinnear. The movie will begin airing on the cable network Aug. 11.
