Residents, also known as avatars, create and build their fictitious world which includes homes, vehicles, nightclubs, stores, landscapes, clothing and games. In 'Second Life' they are able to plan out their lives how they have always dreamed!

NBC Universal Headquarters' FIRST EVER live performance at The Peacock Room in Second Life
Marc Roberge of O.A.R will be performing selections from STORIES OF A STRANGER, their most recent release which includes two Hot AC hits - 'Love and Memories,' and 'Heard the World.' The Maryland-via-Ohio-based band - recently reached a milestone moment in their extraordinary career, achieving cumulative record sales in excess of 1.2 million. The band will also return to New York's world-famous Madison Square Garden on January 27th, a venue the band sold out earlier this year.
Named one of the '100 Greatest Guitarists of All Time' by Rolling Stone, pedal steel guitarist Robert Randolph and his Family Band recently celebrated the release of their third album COLORBLIND, a fusion of rock, R&B, country, blues and gospel. The first single, 'Thrill of It,' kicked off primetime college football viewing every other Saturday this fall when it was used as theme music for the debut season of Saturday Night Football on ABC. Known for their exhilarating live performances, Robert Randolph & The Family Band will appear at Starland Ballroom in Sayreville, NJ on New Year's Eve, and will continue to tour the U.S. in support of COLORBLIND throughout 2007.
