Tampa, FL (Top40 Charts/ www.highwaytohellrocks.com) - In 2006, the Florida based AC/DC tribute band Highway To Hell brought their brand of AC/DC thunder to major arena's, opening for acts like Poison, Cinderella, Guns and Roses, and Papa Roach, just to name a few. Highway To Hell continues its meteoric rise in 2007 by opening for another national act, Firehouse on March 10 at Bourbon Street nightclub in New Port Richey, Florida.

When asked what has made Highway To Hell the top tribute band in Florida, Martyn Jenkins, H2H's frontman responded, "We don't see ourselves as rock stars by any stretch, our success is based on putting on a show for the fans and making sure they have a good time. This really is what AC/DC is all about." Fan participation is a big part of their show. This was evident at a recent all ages event at the St. Petersburg Times Forum, when during the song TNT, the band had children join them on stage. You Shook Me All Night Long usually finds the stage filled with beautiful women from the audience. This fan participation has built a loyal fan base that stretches as far north as Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, and as far west as Phoenix, Arizona. At a recent corporate event, the CEO was heard to comment, "It was unbelievable; you guys had people on stage rockin' out and that normally never happens."

In 2007 the band will be pushing for even higher levels. They will be opening for Firehouse in March, and is already being considered for opening for other national acts in Florida. Highway to Hell will also be striving for even more outrageous shows and off the wall productions. Look for light shows, giveaways, t-shirts, and more.
