NASHVILLE, TN. (Warner Bros/ WEA) - Long known as a multi-platinum selling artist in country music, Travis Tritt is now finding success in R&B alongside a music legend. Tritt, a two-time Grammy winner for Best Country Collaboration with Vocals, has let his rhythm and blues influences show a little more in recent years.
In 2002, Tritt and Ray Charles collaborated for a one-hour music special CMT Crossroads. He is now working with American Idol's Randy Jackson, to co-produce his new album set to hit the shelves next summer on Category 5 Records.

Tritt's newest R&B flavored style can be heard on Sam Moore's new album, Overnight Sensational, which has been met with rave reviews. Tritt and the Rock n Roll Hall of Famer recorded 'Riding Thumb' and will perform it on CBS' Late Late Show w/ Craig Ferguson on January 1st.

'I was thrilled to get a chance to work with Sam on his album,' Tritt said. 'I've always loved R&B, and I've always admired Sam's work.'
