New York Dolls Take Soundstage

New York, NY. (Top40 Charts/ Roadrunner Records) - The legendary New York Dolls were recently asked to perform an exclusive show for PBS' acclaimed Soundstage show, and the thrilling results will be premiered on February 1, 2007 (check local listings).

Widely hailed as the precursors of punk rock, the Dolls took to the stage with a mix of revved-up new tunes like "Take a Good Look at My Good Looks" and "Gimme Luv & Turn on the Light," from last year's One Day It Will Please Us To Remember Even This album, established classics like "Personality Crisis" and "Jet Boy," from their '70s origins, and even a cover of Bo Diddley's "Pills."
