MIAMI, FL (Top40 Charts/ Titan Global Entertainment) - Titan Global Entertainment, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: TGLE) announces that the Board of Directors has completed the restructure of its record distribution operation with the formation of its Artist Distribution Business Unit E-Go Music and has appointed Mike Manocchio as its Chief Executive Officer, which follows the announced restructure plans in November 2006.

Michael Manocchio, has over thirty (30) years experience in the record recording, promotion and distribution industry and is former Vice President of Atlantic Records and BMG labels Arista and RCA. Mr. Manocchio will run the day-to-day business operations for E-Go Music for the Company and head up our music publishing division, as well as A&R activities. Mr. Manocchio established his career in the music business in the early 1970s as a developing record label Promotions Manager. In, 1972, Mike continued in the music business with United Artist Distributors thru 1974, and then in late 1974, he became head of Label Relations with Neil Bogart at Buddha Records thru 1977. He then accepted a position with Capitol Records as Midwest Regional Director and Special Project Director.

Mike was a member of the A&R Committee at Atlantic Records which signed such acts as AC/DC, the Blues Brothers, Bette Midler, Laura Brannigan, Foreigner, Night Ranger and the re-signing of the Rolling Stones. Mike Manocchio left Atlantic Records in 1986 and worked with BMG for 9 months, where he was Vice President for the RCA and Arista labels until going independent. As an independent music company, President and owner Mike enjoyed the challenges of being independent but also had the professional experience to add to the continuing development of Foreigner and Night Ranger.

Jim Pugh, Chairman & CEO of Titan, stated, "This is one more step towards the completion of our restructure plans. We are looking forward to the profitable rewards that Mike has already begun with the Titan and Pyramid labels."

"We will be discontinuing the Titan label as of the next printing of all new artists. We will continue with the Pyramid label for the more established artist releases. Our new label will be consistent with the rest of the restructuring plans. The new label will include Ty Herndon's recent release and scheduled future releases that will include, Snopp Dogg, Public Enemy, Ice T, Rick Springfield and many more," said Mike Manocchio, Chief Operating Officer of Titan Global Entertainment, Inc.
