NEW YORK (M. Anthony Official Website/Top 40 Charts) - International pop/salsa superstar Marc Anthony will embark on a North American Concert tour in support of his latest best selling album "Mended", beginning July 6 at the Tweeter Center in Mansfield, Massachusetts. Clear Channel Entertainment, the world's leading promoter and marketer of live entertainment, is promoting and producing "Marc Anthony - Live In Concert", which is presented by Budweiser. Mended debuted at #3 on the Billboard Top 200 best selling album chart with first week's sales totaling more than 111,000 records in the U.S.

Anthony's new album is his first English language offering since 1999's triple platinum breakthrough "Marc Anthony" and is the artist's first new album, in any language, since his Latin music double platinum "Libre"

Anthony's electrifying live performances have found him playing to sold-out concerts around the world. Yet, Marc's success has not been limited to the music world. He was cast by music legend Paul Simon in the Broadway musical "The Capeman" and has graced the silver screen with significant roles in Martin Scorsese's "Bringing Out The Dead" and Stanley Tucci's "Big Night". He also appeared in "The Substitute", "Hackers", and the Showtime original film " In The Time Of The Butterflies".

Anthony has been awarded 12 Latin and Standard gold and Platinum certifications by the RIAA. Marc's album "Contra La Corriente" was awarded a Grammy for Best Latin/Tropical Performance in 1998.

Also, Marc Anthony headlines in his first network television special, MARC ANTHONY: I'VE GOT YOU, to be broadcast Friday, July 12 (10:00-11:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network.

The new entertainment special, which will be taped at The Mohegan Sun Arena in Connecticut, will feature performances by the Grammy Award-winning music sensation, including songs from his just-released second English language album, Mended. He will also perform songs from his self-titled triple platinum album, Marc Anthony.

Among the songs included in the special are 'I Need You,' the first single from 'Mended,' 'Everything You Do,' 'I've Got You,' 'Hasta Que Vuelvas Conmigo,' 'You Sang To Me' and 'I Need To Know,' his international breakthrough hit.
