The Aggrolites Highly Anticipated Third Album Hits Shelves June 5 Reggae Hits L.A. And Moves Into Action

With an ever-expanding fan base, they remain one of the hardest working buzz bands on the scene today. The quintet of L.A. musicians mix old school reggae with rock, soul and funk, heavily influenced by The Meters, James Brown and Wilson Pickett, creating a sound that appeals to audiences of music lovers the world over.

Recent tour stops included sold-out performances at numerous House of Blues nightclubs, the Fillmore Auditorium in Denver and a St. Patrick's Day celebration at Agganis Arena in Boston. Scheduled to drop on June 5, "Reggae Hit L.A." on Hellcat Records, boasts 15 ridiculously hard-hitting and soulful tracks sure to impress die-hard and new fans alike.

Joining Forces with Rancid's Tim Armstrong
As if touring and recording wasn't enough to keep this group busy, The Aggrolites recently completed shooting four videos with Rancid front man Tim Armstrong to be included on his long-awaited solo project "A Poet's Life" CD/DVD scheduled for release on May 22. The first single "Hold On" is receiving heavy rotation on INDIE 103.1FM in Los Angeles and FM94.9 in San Diego. The latest single "Into Action" has already become one of the most requested songs on 106.7 KROQ, as well as plays on Indie 103 and 91X in San Diego.
