Amy Grant Signs Worldwide Deal with EMI/Sparrow Records

Brentwood, TN. (Top40 Charts/ Sparrow Records) - Amy Grant, the most successful contemporary Christian music artist of all time with more than 30 million units sold to date, has signed a worldwide long-term deal with EMI CMG Label Group's Sparrow Records that includes rights to Grant's 30-year catalog and the option to work together on future new recordings.

The landmark agreement will launch August 14 when Sparrow issues re-mastered editions of 17 classic Amy Grant albums (see full list below) in physical and digital formats. In October, EMI's Christian and general market teams will also partner for the release of a new Greatest Hits package including at least one track from each of Grant's previous studio sets. A deluxe edition will feature exclusive bonus material.

Amy Grant has won six GRAMMY Awards and 22 Gospel Music Association Dove Awards. As a forerunning Christian artist who gained mainstream pop radio airplay, she has opened doors for other performers and the Christian music industry in general. Most recently, Grant hosted the NBC reality show 'Three Wishes' and received a star on the legendary Hollywood Walk of Fame.
