NEW YORK, NY. (Top40 Charts/ Airborne Entertainment) - Airborne Entertainment, a subsidiary of CYBIRD Co., Ltd., has been enlisted by Wind-Up Records, one of the most well known independent labels in the U.S., to further expand the label's Grammy Award-winning line-up of musical acts into the rapidly growing mobile music market. Airborne will be creating ringtones, ringbacks and over-the-air full-track downloads for some of Wind-Up Records' biggest artists including Evanescence, Seether, Finger Eleven, and more, in addition to developing other mobile applications and products to be announced at a later date.

With CNET reporting that nearly half of the 143 million phones sold last year in the U.S. were music and media enabled, Wind-Up Records has aligned themselves with leading mobile content aggregator Airborne Entertainment to fully capitalize on this growing market.

"Airborne Entertainment has a long standing reputation in the mobile entertainment space and this partnership further expands our ability to connect with the network of music fans looking for the latest in music downloads and mobile personalization products," said Jim Cooperman, COO for Wind-Up Records.

"The music world is continuing its shift towards the digital arena and our proven success with launching big brands across multiple carriers positions us as a key partner to help Wind-Up Records capitalize on the burgeoning mobile market," said Kim Senn, VP, Product Development for Airborne Entertainment.
