Can't make it to Graceland to pay tribute to the late Elvis Presley? Now, fans won't have to. Graceland is hitting the road.
A mobile Graceland exhibit featuring the King's music and memorabilia will visit 22 Harrah's Casinos and 21 FYE (For Your Entertainment) stores nationwide in 31 cities from Aug. 20 at the FYE Hickory Ridge Mall in Memphis, Tenn., through Dec. 15 at Harrah's Las Vegas Casino. For the full schedule, check out mobilegraceland.com. The exhibit launched this weekend for the start of Elvis Week.
The exhibit - in celebration of the 25th anniversary of Presley's death - will be housed in a 53-foot, 18-wheel semi-truck and include clothing, jewelry, instruments, rare photographs, and listening and viewing stations to hear music and see video or film footage.
Meanwhile, Presley's only daughter, Lisa Marie Presley, married her yearlong, on-and-off again, boyfriend actor Nicolas Cage at the Mauna Lani Bay Hotel on the Big Island in Hawaii on Saturday (Aug. 10).
