SANTA MONICA, California (Top 40 Charts) - The Latin Recording Academy has teamed up with Warner Music Latina to help promote some of the year's outstanding Latin artists and their music, which have been nominated for the 3rd Annual Latin GRAMMY Awards.

The 2002 Latin GRAMMY Nominees CD will hit stores on Tuesday, September 10. A portion of the net proceeds from the sale of the CD will benefit the Latin Recording Academy, which provides educational, cultural, and human services programs to the Latin music community. The Latin GRAMMY Awards will be broadcast on the CBS Television Network from 9 - 11 p.m. (ET/PT) on September 18.

The 2002 Latin GRAMMY Nominees CD consists of many of the year's most successful and popular recordings:
