LOS ANGELES (Top40 Charts/ Suburban Noize) - California based hip-hop/punk rock hybrid the Kottonmouth Kings have announced the tour dates for their upcoming 'Cloud 9' Tour featuring Big B and The Dirtball.

"We've totally revamped the set for this new upcoming Cloud 9 tour and we're going to dig into some of the classic Kottonmouth tracks and new material. We're looking forward to the music in front of the people and unifying the underground."

The tour announcement comes on the heels of Kottonmouth Kings 'Cloud 9' debuting on the Billboard 200 at No 44 and on the Top Independent charts at No 2. Kottonmouth Kings' 'Cloud 9' is also racking up impressive spins at radio with the debut single 'City 2 City' featuring Tech N9ne. The song has become one of the most requested tracks at Sirius Satellite Radio, while the video has been viewed over 150,000 times within a month of its release. In a time where the music industry is desperately flailing in a downward spiral and album sales are down across the board, the Kottonmouth Kings popularity continues to thrive and defy odds, making them a massive independent success story.

While the Kings continue to soar, Las Vegas heavyweight Big B is riding a wave of success with his new release 'More To Hate'. The album debuted at No 17 on the Billboard Heatseekers chart and outsold high profile releases labels like Vagrant Records, Equal Vision and Victory Records.

Big B's 'More To Hate,' which features guest appearances by Cypress Hill's Sen Dog, Tech N9ne, Kottonmouth Kings, Blaze Ya Dead Homie, Danny Diablo, and Dirtball, is already poised to quickly become the rapper's biggest release.

The Cloud 9 Tour will also become the campaign trail for Kottonmouth Kings visual assassin Pakelika, who recently announced his bid for the 2008 Presidential election.

I've decided to declare my candidacy for president to make our country truly great again and to uphold the constitution. We the people can solve our issues, which in my opinion are global warming and finding alternative fuels, both of which could be solved by decriminalizing the plant marijuana and hemp, says the masked member of the Kottonmouth Kings. We need to establish healthcare that works for everyone and end homelessness and hunger here in America. We also need to end the war on drugs and bring our troops home because they don't need to be fighting a war based on deception. We need to repair our relationship with the rest of the world and put the soul back in our country to make America a place the world looks up to once again.

In preparation for Pakelika's Presidential bid, Suburban Noize Records has partnered with Kadoink technology (www.kadoink.com) to send out messages from the campaign trail and tour directly to fans mobile phones and e-mail. By using the voice and texting features of your mobile phone, Kadoink will enable Pakelika to instantly record and post audio, and interact with the voting public as he blazes the campaign trail across the United States.
