Rising Soul Phenom, Eli 'Paperboy' Reed Confirms 2008 Spring Tour

NEW YORK (Top40 Charts/ Q Division Records) - With his first collection of original songs, 'Roll With You' (Q Division), set for an April 29 release, breakout soulman Eli "Paperboy" Reed and his band, the True Loves, have confirmed an extensive US tour along with numerous performances at this year's SXSW music festival in Austin, Texas.
