George Benson, Chaka Khan, The O'Jays, Wyclef Jean, Nancy Wilson, KEM, George Duke, Stanley Clark, Chrisette Michele, Mike Phillips, Anthony David and Elin will headline the City of Miami Gardens' 3rd Annual Jazz in the Gardens music festival.
