Nashville, TN. (Top40 Charts/ Shanachie Records) - TAMMY COCHRAN will once again be a part of the Countriest of the Country show! Countriest of the Country is an annual event hosted by singer/songwriter Billy Yates ("Too Country and Proud of It"); this year's show will take place during CMA
Music Festival week on Wednesday, June 4, 2008 at the
Texas Troubadour Theatre in Nashville, TN. This is Tammy's third consecutive year to being personally invited by Billy to be a guest performer on the show.
In addition to Tammy, this year's artist lineup includes T. Graham Brown, Sunny Sweeney, Chris Young, Michael Peterson, the Broussards, Billy Ryan, and David Kroll. The show will also include several hit songwriters: Byron Hill ("Nothin' On But The Radio" - Gary Allan, "Fool Hearted Memory" - George Strait), Leslie Satcher ("When God Fearin' Women Get the Blues" - Martina McBride, "Politically Uncorrect" - Gretchen Wilson), and Wil Nance ("She's Everything" - Brad Paisley, "Cool To Be A Fool" - Joe Nichols), among others!

Doors will open at 5:30PM; the show will start at 6:00PM.
All profits from the show will be donated to Christmas for the Children, a non-profit organization based in White House, TN, that raises money throughout the year to take local underprivileged children Christmas shopping.
