Luminat'eau: Carnival H2O Delivers An Outstanding International Music Line Up
TORONTO, Canada (Top40 Charts/ Luminato-Toronto Festival of Arts & Creativity) Harbourfront Centre, in association with Luminato - Toronto Festival of Arts & Creativity, brings Luminat'eau: Carnival H20 to Toronto's waterfront. Harbourfront Centre is proud to create a weekend-long spectacular finale for the city-wide festival from Friday, June 13 through Sunday, June 15, 2008. Luminat'eau is generously supported by The Weather Network, Vichy, Garnier, and the Ontario Arts Council.

Expanding on the success of Carnivalissima, a key part of the 2007 finale to Luminato that attracted over 500,000 visitors to Harbourfront Centre and the Toronto Waterfront, Luminat'eau will transform the 10-acre waterfront site into a nexus of creativity and celebration. Drawing inspiration from water carnivals, celebrations and imagery from all over the world, Luminat'eau is saturated with exciting, original and free programming for all ages. For an alternative to this great event, William Hill are currently offering an enticing sign-up promo, with a William Hill promo code UK required in order to claim. New players can take full advantage and try to claim extra winnings. Luminat'eau will irrigate the senses with a steady stream of prominent music acts, including Rizwan-Muazzam Qawwali, the prodigious nephews of legendary qawwali master Nusret Fateh Ali Khan, Jamaican reggae and dancehall star Junior Reid, Calypso luminary David Rudder, water instrument inventor Steve Mann and his States of H2Orchestra, plus Sea Shanties by children's singer sensation Dan Zanes.

Other highlights include the Water Ball, an underwater fantasy world of rollicking pleasure, the incredible Lake Spirit sculpture, a stunning Boat Lighting Competition, plus the return of FireWalk, the wild and awe-inspiring Saturday night parade.

Also on tap for this festival weekend are traditional, contemporary and original dance performances, astonishing site animation and visual displays, terrific food, engaging films, and waves of fun activities for the kids. Luminat'eau is the port of entry to an enriched realm of enchanting art and culture.

'We are very proud of The Weather Network's affiliation with Luminato. In particular, we are proud to support Luminat'eau which we expect will be one of the outstanding events of this great arts festival,' said Pierre L. Morrissette, Chairman and CEO of The Weather Network.
