On June 6, 2008 MYSPACE.COM listed African Reggaeton sensation Miki Bad Boy as the No 1 most listened too Reggaeton on an indie label (1830) in the United States. Miki's blend of urban, hip-hop, Reggaeton, R&B and Bachata has captured the attention of not only the Latin community, but also the African American rap community. Born in Equatorial Guinea, a small African nation whose national language is Spanish. Miki Bad Boy was born 'Filoteo Edjang Nding' in Equatorial Guinea 22 years ago. He is the son of a member of that country's diplomatic corp. At age 10 Miki moved with his family to Camaroon, and inspired by artists like 2Pac, Will Smith and P. Diddy he began to write and rap his rhymes. Miki traveled to Spain, the United States, to Cuba and eventually back to Equatorial Guinea where he presently resides. While in Spain, he met several Spanish rap artists and there he began to take his music and rap talents seriously. Miki Bad Boy has an international following and performs in sold out concerts all over Cuba and Central and South America. Miki, has traveled and performed all over the world, most recently at the Cuban version of the Grammy's, CUBADISCO 2008 in Havana, Cuba. His fans are worldwide and his songs can be heard on radios from Cuba to Paris, France. Currently, his DVD recorded live at a concert in his native Equatorial Guinea is a huge hit.
