Sugarland's LOVE ON THE INSIDE Becomes No 1 Country Debut Of 2008

NASHVILLE, TN. (Top40 Charts/ Universal Music Group Nashville) - Sugarland's latest effort, LOVE ON THE INSIDE DELUXE FAN EDITION, out only a week, is already breaking records and achieving milestones. With sales of more than 313,600, LOVE tops Billboard's Top Current Country Albums chart this week and garners the No 2 position of Billboard's Top Current Albums chart. The duo's third album becomes the No 1 country debut of 2008.

Lead members Jennifer Nettles and Kristian Bush were elated with the news. "We are over the moon! We've been waiting as patiently as possible to get this album out to our fans. Now I'm just ready for someone to turn in one of those platinum tickets!" exclaimed Nettles

The album's debut single "All I Want To Do" is No 2 on both radio charts and the video has been No 1 on CMT.com for 8 consecutive weeks and iTunes.com for 3 weeks straight.
