(Nettwerk Records)--Although you may not yet know singer-songwriter Sara Melson's name, you are likely to have heard her music. Performed eloquently on piano and guitar, both solo and with her excellent band, her songs about love and lust, growth and change, are filled with faith in a better future, both personal and global; her unique voice, authentic and true, pierces to the core. "Sara's voice and melodies are haunting, the lyrics raw and bare," says Nettwerk CEO Terry McBride. "It's an infectious combination that keeps her songs swirling in your head for weeks on end."

Over the next several months, the music from Sara's self-produced Nettwerk Records CD Dirty Mind will be prominently featured across the media horizon from television, film and DVD to airline radio, CD and concert stage. "Feel It Coming," the album's first track, was featured in a pivotal two-part episode of Grey's Anatomy. Her songs have also aired on ABC's Men in Trees ("Never Been Hurt," "Stand Up Man"), in New Line's Safe Harbour ("Happy Endings"), and in the DVD re-release of Melrose Place ("Never Been Hurt"). Upcoming episodes of Viacom's South of Nowhere ("Dirty Mind," "Never Been Hurt," Anywhere Anytime," "In My Dream") and MTV's Exiled ("Rise Up") will also spotlight Sara's relatable, moving, and timeless tunes. Her music will be aired on American Airlines' Radio ("Anywhere Anytime" on The Paste Beat channel) and featured in their in-flight magazine this fall. The pop ballad "Never Been Hurt," an instant classic, is also featured on Filter Magazine's Summer Compilation CD.

iTunes featured Dirty Mind in their New Releases and What's Hot sections of the iTunes Music Store Homepage; the record was at number 59 on the iTunes pop chart within two days of its release. Sara was a featured artist on the MySpace Music homepage, and Yahoo Music selected her as their New Buzz Artist and featured her video in their Who's Next/User's Choice promotion. Sara also caught the eyes and ears of the producers of NBC's new 20-something show Quarterlife at one of her recent Los Angeles shows; the day they launched the new show's website, they made her the featured artist on their homepage, where they streamed her live acoustic performance.

For Manager Jerry Lembo, President of Jerry Lembo Entertainment Group, it took only one listen to Dirty Mind to identify with Sara's talent and intellect. "Sara's potential is unlimited, and I am confident that this release can help her grow her fan base exponentially," Lembo says.

Fans will have several chances to catch her live in concert in the months ahead:

August 24th: In-Store, Music Millennium, Portland, OR
August 29th: A Tribute to David Bowie, Topanga Canyon, CA
September 12: Next Big Nashville Festival, Nettwerk Records Showcase, 12th and Porter, Nashville, TN
September 16: Schuba's, Chicago, IL
September 18: Hotel Cafe, Los Angeles, CA
