NY (AP) - D12 and Esham were kicked off the Warped tour after the two camps got into a brawl at Friday's (August 3) Philadelphia date, according to accounts by several bands on the tour. The seeds of discontent were planted before the tour when Esham accused D12 and band collaborator Eminem (news - web sites) of stealing some of his material for Devil's Night. Warped Tour founder Kevin Lyman confirmed that both acts were kicked off the tour, declined to comment on the incident. Vandals bass player Joe Escalante told LAUNCH. "I was on the other side of this truck, so [I] couldn't really see [the fight], but the remnants of it was spilling out over both sides of the van." Rehab's Danny Boone told, "It was right in the back of the bus... I didn't see it, but they [his bandmates] said it was pretty gruesome."
