NEW YORK (Top40 Charts/ By Tiffany Shipp/ Sunshine, Sachs & Associates) - In Trisha's cookbook, co-written by mom Gwen and sister Beth, she details how she makes her husband's favorite, German Chocolate Cake for him each year - and then told Redbook Magazine, "I started doing the birthday cake thing for Garth and that sort of evolved and I became the birthday cake lady for everybody in the family! They all expect it now."

Luckily, Trisha's best friends Lisa & Kim, who celebrated the day with Trisha at home in Tulsa, OK, stepped in to handle the cake duties last Friday.

Family & food are the mainstays in Trisha's hectic life of travel and public appearances. The stories and recipes that come from a lifetime of home-cooked Southern meals and family gatherings are the basis of "Georgia Cooking in an Oklahoma Kitchen," the cookbook written by Trisha, Gwen and Beth that debuted as a New York Times Bestseller in April '08 and remained there for five weeks.

The cookbook returned to the Bestseller list last month as Trisha appeared on the September cover of Redbook magazine. In the issue, Trisha traveled to her hometown of Monticello, GA to spend the day with Gwen and Beth in the kitchen of her childhood home.

She'll return home to Georgia on the weekend of October 11th, when Trisha, Beth & Gwen make a rare cooking appearance at the Taste Of Atlanta - a 2-day outdoor food festival held in the streets of Atlanta. The event will feature more than 70 of the city's best restaurants, live cooking demonstrations from national and local celebrity chefs, live entertainment and events.
