Violeta Martin - New Latin Pop

Violeta Martin is one of these artists. Born in Los Angeles and raised in Guadalajara Jalisco, Mexico, Violeta became fluent in Spanish and developed a true appreciation for her Hispanic Heritage.

After several years in Guadalajara, Violeta returned to California, where she found her biggest inspiration that ignited her desire to create music. Violeta's passion for romantic Spanish music has given her a voice that is captivating to every heart. She can also turn up the heat while singing "Vivelo", "Baila Maria" & her favorite "Violeta Coqueta".

Violeta's music is inspiring, unique, and enticing to every audience. Violeta was extremely fortunate to team-up with producer/composer Byron Fry, a smokin' guitar player. Byron took Violeta's melodies and composed all the musical arrangements. Violeta's songs and Byron's compositional knowledge have created a phenomenal album which they have just completed.

The CD "En Busca del Amor" which will be launched at the "2008 Billboard Regional Mexican Music Summit", can only be called "New Latin Pop". The album has a mixture of Hot Modern Salsa, Love Ballads, Latin Rock, Dance Club Mixes and Latin/Urban crossover. Enjoy the journey!
