Nashville, TN. (Top40 Charts/ Power Source Music Group) - Power Source Music Group announces that Multi-award winning country artist, Tracy Lawrence, and new Lyric Street country artist, Phil Stacey, will perform on the 14th Annual Inspirational Country Music Award Show (ICM's). The award show will be held on Thursday, October 16, 2008 at 7:00 p.m. CST at the Trinity Music City USA Auditorium located in Hendersonville, Tennessee.

Tracy Lawrence is currently finishing a gospel album as well as enjoying success with his latest project, For The Love, which features his Academy of Country Music award-winning hit single, "Find Out Who Your Friends Are" and "Til I Was A Daddy Too." Tracy's new project features all new songs and he describes it as "inspirational". On the award show, he will showcase one of the new songs which will soon be released to Christian radio.

Lyric Street's Phil Stacey was a standout on American Idol last year and his self-titled album, Phil Stacey, was released this past spring. The single, "If You Didn't Love Me," received positive reviews. Growing up in a pastor's home, most of the music the family listened to at home was Southern and Contemporary gospel. "The exception," he says, "was when my parents would bring in a country record and it would usually be a heritage thing, playing something by artists like Hank Williams Sr." The combination gave Phil an early, lifelong love of country and gospel. "I know what I stand for," he says. "My life revolves around my family and my music. I love being active in my church and I was proud during Idol to represent the Navy and just kind of be a unifying factor for Americans."

Multi-platinum recording artist, Collin Raye, will be hosting the show as well as performing. Collin has hosted a past ICM Award Show and has numerous projects involving Christian & Inspirational Music including: "The Gift," "The 11th Commandment," "Quitters," and "Soldier's Prayer."

The Isaacs, Point of Grace, Del Way, Mike Manuel, Sandra Dee, James Payne, Last Light Band, Mike Rimmey and Greg McDougal with Tammy Cochran are confirmed to perform on the show. Additional performers and presenters will be announced in the coming weeks leading up to the show.

The annual Inspirational Country Music Awards are dedicated to honoring and showcasing the biggest names and emerging talent among artists who perform Christian and Inspirational Country music. Inspirational music is inspired by Faith, Family, and Country. For ICM Award show tickets and for more information, please visit https://www.icm-awards.com/
