NEW YORK, NY. (Top40 Charts/ Atlantic Records) - Decaydance/Fueled By Ramen recording group Gym Class Heroes have announced details of their hugely anticipated arena tour alongside Lil Wayne. The dates - which feature a multi-artist bill that also includes T-Pain, Keyshia Cole, and Keri Hilson - will kick off December 14th at Miami's American Airlines Arena and then travel the U.S. through early January (see itinerary below). Among the tour's certain highlights will be a New Year's Eve extravaganza at the Philips Arena in Atlanta.

GCH - who recently wrapped a blockbuster co-headline tour with The Roots and Homeschool/Atlantic Records' own Estelle - have also slated headline shows in advance of the tour, including yesterday's kickoff performance at WNOU's Santa Slam 2008 at Indianapolis' Murat Centre Egyptian Room. The holiday concert will include support from We The Kings, Secondhand Serenade, and Yung Berg.

The tour follows this summer's release of Gym Class Heroes' acclaimed fourth album, "THE QUILT." The collection - which follows 2006's RIAA gold-certified breakthrough, "AS CRUEL AS SCHOOL CHILDREN," features the hit singles/videos, "Cookie Jar (Feat. The-Dream)," "Peace Sign/Index Down (Feat. Busta Rhymes)," and "Guilty As Charged (Feat. Estelle)."

Gym Class Heroes will herald the upcoming tour with a performance of "Guilty As Charged" on the December 11th installment of NBC's "Last Call with Carson Daly." This follows the Geneva, NY-based outfit's recent appearance on NBC's "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno."

What's more, GCH are the month's featured artist on the AT&T Blue Room, located at attblueroom.com/music. An exclusive interview, along with behind-the-scenes footage, went live today.

The "Guilty As Charged" companion video is shaping up as another major success for Gym Class Heroes. The clip has just been added into rotation at MTV2, mtvU, MTV Hits, VH1 Soul, and FUSE's "Steven's Untitled Rock Show." "Guilty As Charged" is now available for purchase at the iTunes Store, and can also be viewed online at GCH's MySpace page, www.myspace.com/gymclassheroes, and the Official Fueled By Ramen YouTube Channel, www.youtube.com/user/FueledByRamen.

Gym Class Heroes have received a wide range of national press in recent months, including a cover feature in Alternative Press, as well as profiles and reviews in Spin, Vibe, Blender, Complex, Giant, CosmoGirl, King, Maxim, Rolling Stone, and Playboy.

"THE QUILT" sees Gym Class Heroes teaming up with a number of extraordinary collaborators. In addition to The-Dream, producers include Cool & Dre (Yung Joc, Young Jeezy, The Game) and the Geneva, NY-based band's longtime friend and collaborator, Patrick Stump of Fall Out Boy. "THE QUILT" also features special guest contributions from Busta Rhymes, UK soul sensation Estelle, and Daryl Hall.

Acclaimed for their unique approach to alternative hip-hop, Gym Class Heroes became an international sensation in 2007 with their No 1 blockbuster hit, "Cupid's Chokehold/Breakfast In America." The track was a multiple chart-topping crossover smash and catapulted "AS CRUEL AS SCHOOL CHILDREN" to RIAA gold certification.

The band was named "Best New Artist" at 2007's MTV Video Music Awards, beating out such stars as Amy Winehouse and Carrie Underwood. GCH were all over music television, with live performances and videos for such tracks as the anthemic "Clothes Off!" appearing on MTV, its affiliated networks, and FUSE. Additional Gym Class Heroes TV appearances included performances on NBC's "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno" and "Late Night with Conan O'Brien," ABC's "Jimmy Kimmel Live," and "The Ellen DeGeneres Show."

A remarkably dedicated live act, Gym Class Heroes have toured nearly non-stop in recent years. In addition to headlining a number of packed-out tours, the band played at countless festivals and radio-sponsored shows, and shared stages with Fall Out Boy and Gwen Stefani.

Gym Class Heroes are: Travis McCoy (lead vocalist), Disashi Lumumba-Kasongo (guitarist), Eric Roberts (bassist), and Matt McGinley (drummer).
