LOS ANGELES (Top40 Charts/ IronWorks Music) - Rocco DeLuca just announced that he will tour this spring in support of his upcoming release 'Mercy' due out March 10, 2009 via IronWorks Music.

Following a successful residency this month at Spaceland in LA, the tour kicks off March 10th in Rocco's hometown of Los Angeles and takes the band on a 42-city cross country trek, making stops in such cities as San Francisco, Austin for SXSW, Nashville, Atlanta, New York, Boston and Chicago, wrapping up back on the west coast.

The songwriter will perform new songs from 'Mercy' - including the first single 'Open Pages,' 'I Trust You To Kill Me' and 'Nightingale' as well as an assortment of favorites, such as 'Colorful,' 'Swing Low' and 'Gift.'

Rocco DeLuca teamed with esteemed producer, Daniel Lanois (U2, Bob Dylan, Emmy Lou Harris) and together they crafted eleven emotionally charged, soulful songs built upon the foundation of his utterly inventive dobro playing and visceral, emotional songwriting.
