NEW YORK (Top40 Charts/ John Cocuzzi Official Website) - 2009 marks the 100th birthday of Jazz legend Benny Goodman, whose Hot Jazz and Swing from the 30s and 40s ignited a generation. John Cocuzzi's "Kings of Swing," featuring Allan Vache on clarinet and John Cocuzzi on vibes, rekindle the fire and energy of the music made famous 'round the world by Benny and his star sidemen: Lionel Hampton, Count Basie, Nat "King" Cole, Red Norvo, Charlie Christian, Teddy Wilson, and Gene Krupa. Tap your feet and dance to popular tunes like "Goody Goody," "Jumpin' at the Woodside," and "Airmail Special." Cocuzzi and his band of world-class artists prove that Benny's music is alive and well.

JOHN COCUZZI on vibraphone/piano/vocals, ALLAN VACHE on clarinet, Steve Homan on guitar, Vince Bartels on drums, and Richard Simon on bass.
