LONDON, UK (Top40 Charts/ Upper 11 Records) - Ida Maria is set to release her new album, 'Fortress Round My Heart' coming digitally March 24, 2009 on Upper 11 Records.

This year Ida Maria will be on tour with Glasvegas and will play at Coachella and SXSW; she has been featured as a 'Breaking Out' artist on Spin, in Pitchfork top 100 tracks of 2008, and in Paste's Top 50 of 2008; and the single 'I like you so much better when you're naked' (which peaked at 13 on the UK singles charts) is playing all over US college and public radio.
