Nashville, TN. (Top40 Charts/ BNA Records) - The passion of music is undeniable and universal. While criss- crossing the country visiting radio in support of their single 'Even Now,' Columbia Nashville duo Caitlin & Will have been playing other music from their forthcoming album, and one of those songs, 'Address In The Stars,' written by Caitlin, has pegged the passion meter from both radio and listeners. The response has been heard! Yesterday, Caitlin & Will's new single, 'Address In The Stars,' was sent to country radio. The poignant song about losing a loved one was co-penned by Caitlin who was inspired by her aunt who passed away after a battle with breast cancer. About the process of the writing the song, Caitlin said, 'It's hard for me to talk about it sometimes but it was an important thing to get out there because I've always wanted to write a song about my aunt and the emotions I was feeling. Writing the song allowed me to pour my heart.' Duo partner Will Snyder added, 'When I heard the demo of the song, I had chills, and I had to hold back the tears, and I can tell you that listening to a song, if it hits you that hard from a demo, you know it's powerful.' Listeners and radio agree. 'Absolutely love this song. As an Army wife, I've been blessed to have my husband come home safe from over there but I know quite a few that didn't have that honor. This song hits so close to the heart that you had me in tears,' was just one of the responses found on Caitlin & Will's official YouTube page. 'HUGE phone reaction to 'Address In The Stars' - after the FIRST spin!' exclaims WGGY Scranton 's Jessie Roberts, and Johnny Chiang of Houston 's KKBQ raves, 'There are a lot of good country songs out right now... but, we need GREAT country songs. 'Address In The Stars' is a GREAT country song!' The dark horse pair - Caitlin Lynn and Will Snyder were first introduced as contestants on CMT's Can You Duet and went on to win the competition. Produced by Chris Lindsey, 'Address In The Stars' is now going for adds and will impact country radio on March 30th.
