NASHVILLE, TN. (Top40 Charts/ Bagel&Rat Records) - Jon Sobel, Whisperado's main lead singer and songwriter, has released his first solo recording, a three-song EP entitled "Four Finger John." The title track is a mini-tribute to the Who's late bass player, John Entwistle. There's also a folksy version of a Whisperado favorite, "Hand Me Down," as well as "Don't You Know That It's Christmas." (You can never be too early with seasonal stuff!)

Jon will be celebrating the birth of the new recording with an acoustic show on March 28 at Gizzi's Coffee. Sharing the stage with Jon will be Elisa Peimer, performing songs from her own recent release, "Pull of the Moon."
