NEW YORK (Top40 Charts/ Columbia Records) - Columbia Records is set to release New Jack City II, the new full-length studio album from hip-hop superstar Bow Wow, on Tuesday, March 31.

One of the year's most heavily anticipated urban music releases, New Jack City II is the first solo album from Bow Wow since 2006's The Price of Fame and his first full-length album release since Face Off, the artist's 2007 collaboration with Omarion.

Bow Wow, who considers all of his fans as a family, invites them to celebrate the release of New Jack City II with a special MySpace album release party in New York City on March 31.

Bow Wow's new album will be available in three unique configurations: 1) a general audience version featuring the New Jack City II CD with a fold-out poster; 2) a deluxe package edition including the CD plus a bonus DVD containing an hour-long Bow Wow live concert performance, music videos, footage of Bow Wow's participation in the historic 2008 Walk Across America voter registration initiative, and a photo gallery; 3) an exclusive WalMart edition featuring three bonus tracks -- Bow Wow's smash hit 2008 single "Marco Polo" (featuring Soulja Boy Tell 'Em), "Big Girls" and "Anything You Can Do."

"You Can Get It All" (featuring Johnta Austin) and "Roc The Mic" (featuring Jermaine Dupri), the first official single releases from New Jack City II will be available along with the brand new song, "That's What They Call Me" on a special New Jack City II Extended Play digital release available exclusively through Verizon Wireless. As a bonus to fans, the NJC II digital EP also includes "Big Girls" and the aforementioned "Anything You Can Do." A major player in the emerging digital music realm, Bow Wow has sold more than 14 million digital pieces over the course of his career.

New Jack City II reunites Bow Wow with longtime mentor and producer Jermaine Dupri, who helmed the artist's breakout debut Beware Of Dog. Released in 2000, the double platinum album catapulted the 13-year-old rap phenomenon into the hip-hop stratosphere with the hits "Bounce With Me" and "Bow Wow (That's My Name)," a No 1 US Hot Rap Single in 2001.

Currently bulleting up the nation's rap charts, Bow Wow's new single, "You Can Get It All," is on track to become the 10th Top 10 rap single of the artist's career, joining an unbroken string of Top 10 hip-hop classics begun in 2000 with "Bounce With Me" and "Bow Wow (That's My Name)" and continuing through the past decade with 2003's "Let's Get Down"; 2005's "Fresh Azimiz," "Let Me Hold You, and "Like You"; 2006's "Shortie Like Mine"; and 2007's "I'm A Flirt" and "Outta My System."

Executive produced by Michael T. Mauldin and Shad Moss (aka Bow Wow), New Jack City II features production and other musical contributions from Jermaine Dupri, T-Pain, Ron Browz, T.I., Nelly, Trey Songz and more.

Earlier this year, Bow Wow was one of the artists selected by the Presidential Inaugural Committee to perform at the "Kids' Inaugural: We Are The Future," a concert honoring military families which aired on the Disney Channel on Monday, January 19, 2009.

Bow Wow is currently in the midst of a national promotional tour of more than 25 cities with a final stop scheduled in Atlanta, for the Boys and Girls Club of America National Keystone Conference on April 2, where he will perform and speak to over 1,500 Boys and Girls Club of America members from all across the country.
