TORONTO, Canada (Top40 Charts/ Corin Raymond Official Website) - The Small Time is no place for slackers or amateurs - it is, however, home for Toronto songwriter and singer Corin Raymond and his growing legion of supporters. One of the city's most most-covered songwriters, Corin Raymond consistently sells out his rare appearances at Hugh's Room, the city's premier acoustic music venue.
On Sat. May 9th he releases his second solo CD There will Always be a Small Time with the help of his band - The Sundowners -featuring
David Baxter (guitar), Treasa Levasseur (accordion) and Brian Kobayakawa (bass), with guests Chris Bartos (fiddle) and guitarist Sean Cotton, the other member with Corin of the duo The Undesirables.
Opening the night is Corin's North Carolina-based comrade and frequent co-writer, Jonathan Byrd, who is also debuting a new CD, The Law and the Lonesome.
