NEW YORK (112 Fans Website) - R&B quartet 112 will release a yet-untitled fourth album in August on Def Soul Records. The group endured an 18-month legal battle with former label, Bad Boy Entertainment before Sean "P. Diddy" Combs and Island Def Jam head Lyor Cohen were able to reach a resolution that allows Combs to receive a percentage of the proceeds from the upcoming album. Group member Q shared that the group was able to continue touring during the label dispute and thus we're able to stay afloat financially. "The good thing about being in the industry for seven years and three albums that have gone double platinum each time around is, you got hits," Q said. "So no matter what was going on we were still able to do shows. People still love us for 'Only You,' 'Cupid,' 'Anywhere,' 'It's Over Now,' 'Peaches,' 'Dance With Me.'" Q continued, "So during the time that we were going through the little label situation, we were still able to go out and tour, do shows, and still provide a living for ourselves." 112 will release a new single, "Na Na Na Na" featuring Sean Paul in June.
