LA (Top40 Charts) - Guns N' Roses will on Sept. 21 issue in Japan a DVD/VHS release of its show last New Year's Eve at the House of Blues in Las Vegas. The two-hour and 20-minute performance features 20 songs, including four previously unheard tracks that may wind up on Guns N' Roses long-festering next album, "Chinese Democracy."

Meanwhile, former Guns N' Roses guitarist Izzy Stradlin has found a U.S. home for his third solo album, "River." Canoga Park, Calif.-based Bilawn Records will release the 10-track disc Aug. 20 via its online store, and also at Stradlin's official Web site. It will be shipped to retail shortly thereafter.
"River" finds Stradlin re-teaming with G'N'R bassist Duff McKagan, who also played on 1998's "117 Degrees." Also joining Stradlin on the album are Georgia Satellites guitarist Rick Richards, Reverend Horton Heat drummer Taz, and one-time Rolling Stones keyboardist Ian McLagan.

Stradlin left Guns N' Roses in 1991 and quickly formed the Ju Ju Hounds. His debut solo album, "Izzy Stradlin and the Ju Ju Hounds," debuted at No.1 on Billboard's Heatseekers chart on Halloween 1992.
McKagan has also completed an album with ex-Presidents of the United States of America guitarist Dave Dederer under the moniker Loaded. Titled "Dark Days," the set was released in Japan last month and is expected to surface in North America in the coming months.
