On Sunday, May 24, the MTV Tr3s' Wisin y Yandel Weekend ratings spiked with young adults P18-24 (+124%), P12-34 (+31%) and teens (+14%) when compared to 2009 YTD Average Sunday 7PM-10PM.
Online, Wisin y Yandel guest blogged for MTV Tr3s.com's gossip site Blogamole for the five weeks leading up to the release of "La Revolucion." Visitors to MTVTr3s.com had access to exclusive video and photo content and got a first look at dates for the upcoming national tour. The MTV Tr3s site reached new record highs across the board in May, up +20% versus April and up +161% Year over year. Video streams were the highest to date.
Partnership Across All MTV Platforms
In support of the MTV Tr3s campaign around the artists, MTV2, MTV HITS, MTV JAMS and MTVU all aired the video "Mujeres in the Club" featuring 50 Cent. That multi-channel support has been extended even further with this week's video premiere of "Abusadora."
