LONDON, UK (Top40 Charts/ Warner Music) - After selling 1.2 million records in the UK, which included a Number 1 single and album,
Basshunter is returning with his hotly anticipated new single 'Every Morning' released 21st September, 2009, and a brand new album 'Bass Generation' released 28th September.
'Every Morning' reflects a more mature melodic sound for the Swedish star. As well as showcasing his trademark thumping electronic and euphoric beats, 'Every Morning' shows a new side to Basshunter with the track including an insanely catchy guitar riff.
The sizzling video for 'Every Morning' was filmed on location in Majorca and picks up where the smash 'I Miss You' left off. Again starring the gorgeous Aylar Lie (Norway's answer to Jordan) 'Every Morning' sees Basshunter, Aylar and a group of hot young friends frolic on a boat in the Mediterranean before Basshunter makes a life-changing decision that climaxes with a potentially fatal cliffhanger
Jonas says: 'We've been in Majorca shooting the new video - it's very exciting not only to be continuing the story from the first album, but also to be releasing my brand new single from my brand new album - I can't wait!!'
The new video continues the soap opera love story between Basshunter and Aylar that began with debut single 'Now You're Gone', which passed the 65 million hits mark on YouTube, making it the third most watched music video of all time in the UK.
Basshunter's second album, 'Bass Generation' will follow in the footsteps of his massively successful multi-platinum Number 1 debut album, 'Now You're Gone', that saw the title track become the biggest selling dance single of 2008 with a five week run at Number 1.
Fresh from touring the world with his debut album, including headlining Hard2Beat's Dance Nation Arena Tour, which saw him perform to 60,000 fans, Basshunter will be touring the UK this October on his Bass Generation tour! With a tour, new album and single, this Autumn promises to re-ignite Basshunter fever across the country!
