New York (Top40 Charts/ Shore Fire Media) - Today, "R&B cult goddess" (USA Today) Ledisi debuts the torrid video for her slow-burning ballad "Goin' Thru Changes," the first single from her critically acclaimed new album 'Turn Me Loose,' out now from Verve Forecast.

Watch The Video Here: https://new.music.yahoo.com/videos/-217390986

The video will make its broadcast premiere on the recently launched Centric (formerly BETJ) on October 5. Check local listings.

The tantalizing video embodies the temptations and torment Ledisi sings about with bold honesty in "Goin' Thru Changes." "A lot of people around me were having problems in their relationships, and I talked about it in this song," explains the "soul diva" that "belts with rousing abandon" (People).

Ledisi's "clear vocals, glass-shattering high notes and life-affirming melodies" (San Francisco Chronicle) take center stage on 'Turn Me Loose,' which debuted #1 on the Hip-Hop/R&B charts. On 'Turn Me Loose,' the GRAMMY-nominated singer channels "Chaka Khan with her incendiary mix of R&B, rock, hip-hop, blues and funk" (Dallas Morning News), "yowls like a punk-rock Tina Turner" (LA Times), and "sounds free-spirited and fully in control, her raw-honey vocals soaring with hard-won authority and delicious abandon" (USA Today).
