MONTREAL, CANADA (Top40 Charts/ Immerse 07 Official Website) - On Saturday, November 14th, just one week before reSOLUTE's 2-year anniversary bash, little brother Immerse has decided to get a head start on the festivities.... Come join us in celebrating music and the beautiful, diverse and unique sound that it can represent. The incomparable Jeff Milligan will be playing his long-awaited 4-turntable set while Leftroom's golden boy Marc Ashken tickles our dancing fancy with his unique take on new-breed techno.

The unique aspect of Jeff Milligan's dj style sets him apart from others. While performing on 3 and most of the time on 4 turntables, his masterfully blends track after track creating his oh so wonderful characteristically recognized sound! Prepare your eardrums for a journey to a different dimension of amazement. On top of his tour and production schedule, Jeff spends considerable time curetting (cutting? curating?) his imprint, Revolver Canada Recordings, founded in 1999.

Soon afterward, Jeff joined forces with Mike Shannon to co-run Revolver Canada and Mike's imprint Cynosure. Revolver Canada has released an impressive and diverse catalog, primarily consisting of Canadian artists and regions with distinct regional styles, from the laid-back Euro-influence in Montreal's Akufen, The Mole, Mike Shannon and Deadbeat, to the mix-heavy, Detroit-inflection of Toronto's Tomas Jirku and Pan/tone, and Kitchener's Jay Hunsberger.

Marc Ashken is part of the new breed of techno, and the past couple of years have seen him come into his own sound within his home, the Leftroom imprint. Ashken treats his productions as a personal journey, an expression of his influences and environment. The never-conforming Ashken makes his own rules. Apart from his DJ-ing, it's also his production which contributes to his well-rounded abilities. Being remixed by the likes of Matt Tolfrey, Paolo Mojo, Shonky, and Marc Houle, expect the sound only unique to him.
