Steamtrain Mary, Featuring Tyler And Shane Fogerty, To Open For Rock Legend Dad John Fogerty On Select Tour Dates In Nov

New York (Top40 Charts/ Shore Fire Media) - Tyler and Shane Fogerty are breaking out of the garage and onto the stage with their band Steamtrain Mary which will to open for dad John Fogerty on November 12 at the Kodak Theater in LA, November 24 at the Beacon Theater in NYC, November 25 at the NJ Performing Arts Center in Newark, NJ and November 28 at the Tower Theater in Philly. Last year the younger Fogertys joined their father onstage at London's Royal Albert Hall to perform his 1970 hit "Up Around The Bend" - a performance which appears on the recently released DVD 'Comin' Down The Road: Live at Royal Albert Hall' (Fortunate Son/Verve Forecast).

Steamtrain Mary features Tyler and Shane Fogerty on guitar and backing vocals, lead vocalist Sasha Diether, bassist Preston Bolton, and drummer Will Van Santen. Though everyone in the band is still in school, they have performed together for several years, playing legendary LA venues like the Troubadour and the Roxy, and joining John Fogerty on tour stops around the country.
