NEW YORK (Top40 Charts/ Verizon Wireless) - WHAT: Stephanie Mills, award-winning R&B artist and former star of the hit Broadway show "The Wiz," will greet fans and sign autographs at the Verizon Wireless Communications Store in Bay Plaza Shopping Center.
Power 105 radio will be on-hand giving away premiums and raffling off tickets to see Mills in the "Thanksgiving Weekend Extravaganza" concert this weekend. Customers who activate new lines of Verizon Wireless service this week at Bay Plaza or any of the company's Communications Stores in the Bronx (153 E. Fordham Rd., 416 Westchester Ave. and 2150 White Plains Rd.)
Also will receive tickets as a gift with purchase while supplies last.

BACKGROUND: "The Thanksgiving Weekend Extravaganza" Concert will be held at the Paradise Theatre on Saturday, November 28, 2009.
The concert will feature Stephanie Mills and Freddie Jackson with special guest G.Q.
