New York (Top40 Charts/ Shore Fire Media) - Ledisi has plenty to be thankful for this holiday season, having just earned two GRAMMY nominations for her latest album 'Turn Me Loose' (Verve Forecast) and landing performances on national TV.
Tune in to a special holiday episode of The Mo'Nique Show on BET this Monday, December 14 to see Ledisi perform "Higher Than This" from 'Turn Me Loose' and "This Christmas" from her 2008 album 'It's Christmas' (Verve Forecast).
Ledisi will also perform on BET's Celebration of Gospel 10th Anniversary Special, hosted by Steve Harvey and taped at the Orpheum Theatre in LA on December 12. The special will air January 10, 2010 on BET and will also feature performances by Fantasia and her mother Diane Barrino Barber, BeBe CeCe Winans, Anthony Hamilton and his wife Tarsha Hamilton, and more.

-Ledisi garnered GRAMMY nods in the Best R Album category for 'Turn Me Loose' and in Best Female R Vocal Performance for her single "Goin' Thru Changes." This is Ledisi's second GRAMMY nomination for Best R Album: her major label debut, 'Lost Found,' was in the running in 2008, the same year she was up for Best New Artist.
